Position Overview
Bogaerts International School is seeking a passionate and experienced Inclusion Coordinator to lead and further develop our Inclusion Programme. This role is central to ensuring that every student receives the support they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
You will work closely with students, families, teachers, and external specialists to create an inclusive learning environment, oversee Individualised Education Plans (IEPs), and support staff in delivering high-quality differentiated teaching
?Key responsibilities include:
?- Leading and managing the school’s Inclusion Programme.
- Developing and maintaining IEPs and student accommodation plans.
- Supporting teachers with inclusive practices and professional development.
- Coordinating with parents and external specialists.
- Promoting a culture of respect, wellbeing, and inclusion across the school
